How to take your measurements

  • Waist circumference — measure the waistband flat, from one side to the other
  • Hip circumference — measure 20 cm below the waistband, at the widest point
  • Inseam length — measure from the inseam stitching to the bottom of the garment
  • Side length — measure from the top of the waistband to the bottom of the garment, on the side

Choosing your leg length

  • L0 — short (inseam 54 cm)
  • L1 — mid-length (inseam 64 cm)
  • L2 — long (inseam 74 cm)
  • L3 — extra long (inseam 84 cm)

All measurements are in centimeters. For size, if in doubt between two sizes, take the next size up. For leg length, if in doubt between two lengths, take the length below — the pant length is adjustable with an adaptive hem that allows, with a seam ripper, to gain up to 5 cm of additional length. The seam ripper is available in the shop.

USE

The Vertikal Pants were designed for intensive days of practice, from the first warm-up to the final rehearsal.

Reversible waistband: Wear it high for a more enveloping waist, or fold it over in the studio for a straighter silhouette that makes the dancer’s lines easier to read.

No side seams: The side seams have been completely removed to reduce friction during repeated movement and floorwork.

Breathable, quick-drying fabric: The fabric efficiently moves perspiration away from the body and dries quickly. It is suited to heated studios, long sessions and dancers with heavy perspiration.

Made for floorwork: The material was selected for repeated contact with the floor and helps limit burning sensations during slides, rolls and floor transitions.

Full range of movement: An added crotch gusset increases mobility and prevents tension in the garment during grand jetés, splits and wide extensions.

A genuinely unisex fit: The cut is designed for women and men and accommodates a wide range of body shapes, including athletic builds with stronger thighs, hips or glutes.
