Order & Delivery

Can I modify or cancel my order?

Any order can be modified or cancelled within 24 hours of being placed. After this period, please contact us at contact@divag-studio.com

What payment methods do you accept?

Credit card (Visa, Mastercard, American Express), Apple Pay and Google Pay.

What are the delivery times?

Metropolitan France: 3 to 5 business days. Europe: 5 to 10 business days. Outside Europe: 7 to 14 business days.

Is delivery free?

Yes, for purchases of €100 or more in mainland France.

Returns & Products

Can I return an item?

Yes, you have 30 days from the date of receipt. The item must be unworn and in its original packaging. The first return is covered by Divag (prepaid label). Subsequent returns are at your expense.

How do I initiate a return?

contact us at contact@divag-studio.com with your order number. We'll send you a return label within 48 hours.

How do I choose my size?

Refer to our size guide on each product page. If in doubt between two sizes, take the larger size to ensure freedom of movement.

Are your clothes suitable for activities other than dancing?

Yes. Yoga, pilates, martial arts, everyday wear — any practice requiring freedom of movement. Designed with dancers, worn by all who move.
