Refund policy

Free returns within 30 days

As a commercial policy, DIVAG offers free returns for 30 calendar days from receipt of the order for all destinations currently served.

To qualify under this commercial policy, the item must be unworn, unwashed, accompanied by its intact tags and proof of purchase. Reasonable try-on is permitted.

To request a return, email contact@divag-studio.com with your order number. Providing a reason is optional. DIVAG will send you a prepaid return label. Do not ship the parcel before receiving our instructions.

Damaged products or order errors

Please inspect your order upon receipt and contact us promptly at contact@divag-studio.com if an item is defective, damaged or incorrect so that we can resolve the issue.

This procedure does not limit your rights under any applicable statutory guarantees.

Exceptions to the commercial policy

Personalised or made-to-measure items and gift cards cannot be returned under the 30-day commercial policy, subject to any mandatory statutory rights that apply.

Sale or discounted items remain eligible for free returns within 30 days.

Exchanges

To receive another item or size quickly, request the return of the relevant item and then place a new order.

Statutory right of withdrawal

Independently of the 30-day commercial policy, consumers to whom the statutory right of withdrawal applies have 14 days from receipt of the goods to withdraw without having to give a reason.

To exercise this right, send DIVAG, before the deadline expires, a statement clearly expressing your decision to withdraw:

After notifying your decision, you must return the goods within a maximum of 14 days. DIVAG will provide a prepaid return label and cover the return costs.

You are liable only for any diminished value of the goods resulting from handling other than what is necessary to establish their nature, characteristics and proper functioning.

The statutory exceptions to the right of withdrawal, including for goods made to the consumer’s specifications or clearly personalised, remain applicable.

Refunds

For returns under the 30-day commercial policy, the refund is made to the original payment method after the return has been received and inspected, no later than 14 days after DIVAG receives it.

Where a return falls under the statutory right of withdrawal, DIVAG refunds the amounts due, including the initial standard delivery charges, within a maximum of 14 days from notification of withdrawal.

Any surcharge paid for a delivery method more expensive than the standard delivery offered is not refunded.

DIVAG may withhold the refund until the goods have been recovered or until proof of shipment has been received, whichever occurs first.

The refund is made using the same payment method used for the order, unless expressly agreed otherwise and provided that this does not result in any fees for the customer.
